Refund, Late Arrival, and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly miss appointments without proper notice. In case of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you for the remaining time but the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
